It’s rare to find a shop that is both capable and trustworthy- this kept me away from mechanics for many years. The purchase of a used Toyota required work that I couldn’t complete myself - timing belt service and re-flashing a replacement computer.
They damaged our car and were not at all notified. At pickup, there was no mention of any incident. When we confronted them with the damage, they told us that the incident had been documented. REALLY?
However, our true experience was very poor.
I refer my family, friends, and you all to this place. They are the best in Monmouth & Middlesex Counties!!
Well happy to report that Janet and the team at Advanced exceeded my expectations. The quality of their work exceeded that of a dealership at a fraction of the price! My 12 year old Toyota now runs as new! Living around the corner is an added bonus for me!

I've been using this place for about 25 years (old location included). Aside from Janet being a doll and awesome to work with at front desk... she's probably just as knowledgeable as her Master Mechanic husband Jason.

Yes they would and we were NOT ever notified in any way whatsoever.
They have worked on my clunkers & they have worked on my Mercedes. Always diagnosing & and making the proper repairs. And most importantly... at great prices! As any customer would, I have always checked their estimates/bills with both dealers & other mechanics, and they have always been "on point" with billing. Sometimes more than 50% less than a dealer and always better or same as other, less qualified, mechanics.
Wouldn't a 4 star facility mention an incident at pickup?
