Their prices are great but once you have the product you will have a hard time getting any problems resolved - you are on your own. They claim to have no one to send out into the field and will even question photographs that you email to them. Best to find a different supplier.
Overall great selection and good prices. We had an issue with the door and the crew at Home Surplus was able to assist us in resolving it. Took time but they did resolve it without any additional monies. Thank you.

First of all I want to say that planning and paying for a new kitchen is a big deal, especially if you are on a budget. The problem is you need to know exactly what you want when they do a design for you because you only get one chance, which I found out the hard way. I came with my kitchen measurements and in 15min I had a design. the problem is I didn't ask any questions and when I came in the second time I wanted to sit down with the designer make a couple changes and ask important questions, i was told that unless i put a deposit down for the kitchen i couldn't get any more info. the woman who originally helped me seemed like she would have given me a second chance but she kept looking over at someone for approval that she did not get. so i was out of luck. when i got home i called and talked to the owner/manager but he could care less. i was so upset i hung up on him. we had a business in mass. and we never treated our potential customers like we were treated. The cabinets were very nice and i would recommend anyone if they want to purchase cabinets make sure you ask lots of questions and know exactly what you want. a kitchen is a big investment and for some people you only get to have one new kitchen. I could have been a happy customer but i did not get the opportunity.
DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! I do not recommend this place!!!!! I Purchased doors from here for my whole house and shortly after installation the doors split. I spent about $4,000. I spoke to Boris about the situation and he would not replace the doors,so now I am stuck with split doors. I sent him 10 emails before he answered one and he basically doesn’t care that the defective doors. Once they have your money they don’t care if there’s a problem with their product!!!!! Save yourself the aggravation!
