William was awesome!!!! We rented an RV for the Firefly Festival and for a first time RV renter it really made the 4 days comfortable and a home away from home. The RV was clean, easy to use (after very clear instructions from William) and roomy. Definitely using Ruisi Auto Sales to rent from here on out! Thanks William

We rented an RV from William for 10 day trip to Florida. He provided us competitive price and was nice to deal with. RV was clean and most of the functionality worked fine during our trip. He even provided us a bike rack for free. There was a minor incident and William asked for a very reasonable charge. We would definitely recommend him.
You be the judge... Was I an overbearing new customer? I am sure There was a much better way to handle a curious (if maybe insolent) client, that would have ended in a successful business transaction...but Mr. William didn't think so...
Sent some questions to this man and got in a testy exchange of mails with him. Very interesting. Fragile egos and business don't mix well.
