This Wendy's is straight up trash.. I go through the drive through and get hard bottomed bread on my dbl stacks(cold)..!!!! You guys need to stop hiring f'n retards!!! 12/20/17 about 10:17 am... morons!!
Burgers were lukewarm, fries were soggy and barely salted, and the "fresh baked cookies" tasted like chemicals. Worst fast food experience I've ever had. The Wendy's in Middletown is way better.
Typical fast food. Burgers are pretty good, compared to other fast food places. They are a little slow in completing orders.
Yesterday I was here and they messed up my order. Today I came and actually went inside, used the bathroom and it was absolutely disgusting. And the employees were more concerned about talking to each other than preparing our food.
Was there earlier tonight with my family, NONE of the workers were doing they're job! BESIDES ONE! His name tag said "Mike" Looked Spanish. That young man was GREAT! He was so apologetic reguarding our 20 minute time wait, was working several tasks at once, along with other people's orders, made my family feel like we were wanted to be there! He definitely needs to be a manager because HE knew what he was doing! I will be coming back to that store ONLY because of him! Keep up the great work mike! Get more mikes! Please show him this review so he knows his actions were not unnoticed!
